2. Transporting Equipment and Materials

Equipment and materials are transported to the designated staging area to prepare for the renewal process. This step ensures that all necessary tools and materials are readily available and organized.

1. Dismantling Process

The dismantling process is carried out with precision by SEAFIX professionals:

• Wearing all safety equipment and Installing scaffold steady
• Special Tools: All special tools to be installed and welding
• Prepare equipment: Equipment must be ready for using, organized. Hydraulic Cylinder has been secure safety.
• Dismantling: Take out bolts and unlock pin head. And using special tool to dismantling  pin. Lower hydraulic cylinder and replace to new one.
• Testing: The system is run smoothly. Load tests are conducted in the presence of a surveyor to ensure the system can handle the required weight.
• Finishing: Securing and cleaning is applied to all welded areas and then paint to protect corrosion and ensure durability.
• Final Inspection: A final inspection and testing are conducted in the presence of the ship’s representative to ensure all work meets required standards.
