The renew perfomed by Seafix, steps include following as:
1. Prepare materials include pipes, flanges, elbows and valves are ordered with full at CO (Certificate of Origin), CQ (Certificate of Quality) to ensure quality and standard.
2. Before being transported to the vessel, all materials include hydraulic pipes, flanges, elbows, valves cleaned at Seafix’s workshop. All materials will be we shipping cafefully and safely to ship.
3. The replacement process involves several steps include starting with disconnect the system, removing the old hydraulic hose system, after draining the oil.
4. Next, the engineer’s Seafix will take measurements, and ask the workers to remove the old hydraulic pipe.
5. All new hydraulic pipes and flanges are cleaned by compressed air and DO oil to ensure no dirt, no rust inside the pipeline. Then conduct processing replace according to each new pipe segment in accordance with the drawings and engineer requirements.
6. Proceed with oiling and airing the new hydraulic pipes system.
7. Last, to ensure new hydraulic system will operate safely, smoothly and securely. We have tested and commissioned the system to ensure durable, no leaking. We also measure to prevent future corrosion and damage to new hydraulic pipes system, including the use of protective coatings.
8. Complete the installation.
9. After to new hydraulic pipes system running the recirculation, we will be checking the filter, to ensure the oil quality and good working pressure.
