Our Approach

1. Preparation and Isolation:

• Main engine already stop so air cooler can maintenance.
• Isolate the cooling water system by closing relevant valves and disconnecting the cooler headers.
• Remove the cooler headers to access the plates for cleaning and inspection. 

2. Cleaning

• Remove any deposits or debris from the headers, plates, flanges and other parts of the cooler.
• Chemical cleaning

3. Inspection and Repair
